"White Coneflower" by Susie Morrell

This White Coneflower was inspired by the beautiful photos taken by Joey Randall who writes a wonderful blog called the Village Voice, musings from a     ho-hum housewife.  Her blog is a comprehensive journal of her mouth watering recipes paired with her artistic garden and all things Pure Michigan. Check it out here!

Some of you have commented "how big are your paintings?".  I like to paint small and paint daily.  Most are 6" x 6".  I try to always indicate the size in the description, but maybe these photos will help visualize the size.  I took a photo of the painting on the easel I include when you purchase for immediate display.  If you choose to frame your painting, I recommend a 'floater' frame.  I've shown what the painting looks like in proportion to a tea cup and saucer.  I've also shown you the back so you have a clearer visual of the easel.  Enjoy! and feel free to share my blog with others.  If you would like to get my posts of paintings as soon as they come off my easel,  sign up for my blog by typing your email address in the subscription box in the top right hand corner of my blog page.  You can find it by clicking here!
